Corporate Structure

Established as a holding company in 1997, Wilbert, Inc. comprises various divisions and subsidiaries classified as two business segments:

• Funeral Services
• Industrial Plastics

Funeral Services is composed of Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc., (WFSI). WFSI supplies a nationwide network of licensees with most of the components required for burial vault manufacturing, including molds, adhesives, and vault liners.

The Industrial Plastics division consists of Wilbert Plastic Services (WPS), A Wilbert, Inc. Company. WPS is a market leader in plastic-injection molding, value-added processing, and material handling and packaging. It also includes the ninth largest thermoformer in the U.S. Based in Chicago, WPS has nine plant locations and nearly 1,500 employees.
